Vianny villa is in the beautiful playa palmera beach resort. It was beyond beautiful with the most amazing staff. My concierge was Davidson and he is an exemplary employee! soooo kind, so attentive to our every waking needs, so helpful, so funny he is amazing deserves all praises. The beach was literally walking distance from the villa took me less than 2mins to get there and the staff was amazing especially Mayelin who took care of me and my friends so well. The resort has gold cart transfers for those whose villa isn't close to the beach or restaurants and I wanted to personally praise Francisco. That gentleman went above and beyond for me and my friends and every guests at the property. very fast transfers, always offering tips for fun activities to do, beyond kind extremely helpful with anything an exemplary employee. The only downside is that the villa is in Uvero Alto so car service is expensive to and from other than that 0 complaints and will return and recommend this villa.

Great stay. Nice villa, private pool was fun especially with the built in Bluetooth speakers. The AC worked VERY well. The hot water worked very well. Our only problem was finding a switch to cut the pool lights on and off but other than that it was great. I would stay again. I loved the resort. 10/10

I stayed here with 3 other friends for my birthday trip and it was nothing short of amazing. The check in was very easy, the people working there are AMAZING. They were very welcoming and helpful from when you arrive to when you leave. There’s always someone around who works there to pick you up from the villa and drop you off to where you need to go on the resort in golf carts or you can rent one yourself. The concierge was very helpful in helping us book excursions and reservations for restaurants. We had a maid service come when we needed and there was even a market on the resort filled with snacks and groceries you’d need to cook. One excursion that I really loved that we booked through them was the Party Boat. It was adult only with free rum punch with food you could purchase. It was so fun with great music and great people. Vianny was also VERY helpful and responsive.Overall if you’re thinking about booking this Villa, don’t even hesitate to. We will for sure be coming back!

Vianny is an amazing host! Super responsive and friendly. The villa is located in a gated community and it’s like 1 block away from the beach! The beach was great, had a really nice beach restaurant, great cocktails for super cheap! The villa was super clean and it was perfect for the price. Great pool, comfy beds and just perfect. I really enjoyed staying there with my family. The only thing I’d say is that if you are looking to go out to shops and bars it’s quite far from Punta Cana and any big supermarket. I’d recommend doing groceries once you land in the Punta Cana airport. We had to take $90 round trip to a supermarket. Otherwise the place is perfect for those looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway!

Vianny was a great host, she was able to offer great recommendations to help make our arrival process seamless. I was able to arrange excursions, transportation, and chef service all through Vianny's recommended team. This place was everything that we needed. It offered the privacy of the Villa, while still being located in a resort community so it offered access to restaurants, super market, and more and it was also a very quick walk to the beach. Great place to stay!

first and foremost we enjoyed our stay at Villa Marfil at Playa Palmera resort, all the staff we encountered were amazing and helpful the food was good the Monkey club was really nice with good drinks but it was like a ghost town, But the bar and Restaurant Castaways saved the trip the food was really good with service on the beach Melvin and the other waiters/food staff were the best ,The Bartenders Rodrigo and Victor were cool AF and made great drinks we spent most our time on the beach and it was amazing ALL AND ALL STAYING HERE WAS DEFINITELY WORTH IT, couple few minor issues on our stay but they did not out way the great things (no safe key, Cleaning staff never showed up at pre set time ) I will definitely recommend staying here FOUR STARS FROM ME ALL DAY ⭐⭐⭐⭐
