The villa was a little piece of heaven. Housekeeper kept house clean. We did 4 dives, we ate at the beach bar nearly every night, the food was the BEST there. They decorated the restaurant for my hubby's birthday which was a huge surprise. The staff was so great! Vianny, got us where we needed to be on time, Forgive me, I cannot remember the chef lady's name but WOW she could cook... get the BREAD PUDDIN! And my most favorite was Davidson, we couldn't have made it without him. He took such good care of us, I pray the Housekeepers shared the tip we left for the house as it was generous. We love all of you. My only change would be to show what's really there, the house will sell itself, remove the pool and nightlife that are a bit of a walk and not right out your back door! Merry Christmas our Dominion friends!

Vianny was an exceptional host, in every single aspect! She was proactive in her outreach, extremely accommodating and responsive, friendly, attentive/supportive and looks for ways to elevate her guest’ as stay.
In addition, if anything arose, she was quick to action and quick to a resolution…Thank you for making our stay one we will remember as Villa Fiesta was the perfect setting to celebrate our newly married friends!
Now, I want to share how STELLAR the staff was at Playa Palmera as each and every person had a smile on their face, as well as was always inquiring about what they could do to enhance our experience….they had an ability to make you feel right at home.
I do want to make mention of one individual in particular, Davidson, who was our personal concierge during our stay at the resort. He is absolutely brilliant at what he does, exudes an energy that makes you smile every time you are in his presence, and ultimately became a lifelong friend by the end of our stay! Thanks

Vianny was an incredible host and the place was spotless and clean. We had access to the local restaurants, local bars, souvenir shops, the private beach and the restaurant that was on the beach; also the beach is open to us for 24HRS. If we needed anything from a ride to go places, things to do or we couldn’t find things Vianny was always available as well as the host at the front desk. Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay and would be visiting again very soon!

This place was beautiful no doubt, it is on need of some minor maintenance but otherwise it looks exactly like the pictures! It is a little fat from the airport and downtown areas but otherwise it was perfect

The resort was beautiful and the check-in process was seamless. Although the villa was not ready for early check-in (before 3) we were able to rent a golf cart ($50 per day) and explore the property while we waited. Our concierge Kevin was amazing from beginning to end. From setting up transportation to booking excursions Kevin was on it! Kevin responded promptly and was able to help us with anything we needed, even a house call when we were not able to answer the phone to ensure that we had proper transportation back to the airport. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The villa was nice and cozy, we were able to make our self right at home. The daily house keeping was a plus! If you are looking for a place to unwind, relax, and reset this is definitely the place for you. Highly recommended!
